Performance & Support Online Software Platform

Bespoke Software tool for Performance Management and CPD

Developing.Education has created an online software platform to ensure a consistent approach to measuring performance, providing timely support and monitoring ongoing training needs.

Originally created to support Developing.Education's work in schools and academies, the online software can be tailored to meet specific needs, has the capacity to support sustained and measurable improvement over time and is capable of generating Teaching & Learning data in an Ofsted friendly format.

Supporting professional development for all staff (including leadership and support staff). The system has been designed to encourage staff to take responsibility for evidencing improvements and assessing impact of CPD. Developing.Education's platform can be used to collate and cross-reference QA with observation data over time to ensure that judgments remain consistent.

Developing.education can provide on site training opportunities for Design Technology staff who wish to move across to the GCSE Art specification for Textiles, Graphics and or 3D design.

Training can be tailored to meet your specific needs as a team, individual or consortium. Training can be run as a day course or as one to one teaching and learning opportunities.

Through discussion of previous results and folders, recommendations can be made as to how and why existing SOW might be adapted from the legacy DT specification to the new Art specification. Title specific advice is also available for course structure, project creation, marking and feedback.

We believe that our software has a great deal to offer any education institution.
Our approach is completely hands-on for every client, this is not an off-the-shelf 'almost-fits' solution.

Case Studies

Support Teaching & Learning through mutual agreement; deployed by the head of teaching and learning in agreement with 30 members of staff following a poor Ofsted report and a significant downward trend in results.
Progress of staff over time was discussed in confidence during one to one sessions with Kate.
Teacher confidence improved as did in house judgments and results over time.

Requested to work with staff by staff where results were on a significant downward trend. Staff self-identified areas they would like to develop and worked with Kate on a plan /do /review basis. This led to sustainable improvements in each classroom over time.

Tactical support role in a converter academy where staff numbers needed to be significantly reduced. Assessment and development opportunities were provided to all teaching staff, progress over time recorded and shared with management.

Whole school/academy observation training and development to include the wider expectations of Ofsted and to ensure accuracy and consistency of judgments.
